Realita je v\u0161ak in\u00e1, pod\u013ea \u00fadajov <strong>N\u00e1rodnej banky Slovenska zar\u00e1baj\u00fa \u017eeny v priemere o 16 a\u017e 20 percent menej ako ich mu\u017esk\u00ed kolegovia<\/strong>. Konkr\u00e9tny rozdiel sa pritom men\u00ed pod\u013ea odvetvia, pracovnej poz\u00edcie aj regi\u00f3nu.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">\u010cas\u0165 tohto rozdielu m\u00e1 objekt\u00edvne vysvetlenie. In\u00e9 pracovn\u00e9 poz\u00edcie, in\u00fd rozsah \u00fav\u00e4zku, in\u00e1 d\u013a\u017eka praxe. Vo ve\u013ekej \u010dasti pr\u00edpadov v\u0161ak ide o <strong>neod\u00f4vodnen\u00fd rozdiel<\/strong>, ktor\u00fd nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 podlo\u017ei\u0165 v\u00fdkonom, zodpovednos\u0165ou ani n\u00e1ro\u010dnos\u0165ou pr\u00e1ce.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-211e2b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-jkit_heading\" data-id=\"211e2b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"jkit_heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div  class=\"jeg-elementor-kit jkit-heading  align-left align-tablet- align-mobile- jeg_module__8_6a326dc446dcc\" ><div class=\"heading-section-title  display-inline-block\"><h2 class=\"heading-title\">Nov\u00e1 smernica E\u00da<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"heading-section-description\"><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">V m\u00e1ji 2023 bola prijat\u00e1 smernica E\u00da 2023\/970 o posilnen\u00ed uplat\u0148ovania z\u00e1sady rovnakej odmeny mu\u017eov a \u017eien za rovnak\u00fa alebo rovnocenn\u00fa pr\u00e1cu (v anglickom origin\u00e1li <em>Directive (EU) 2023\/970 of 10 May 2023 \u2013 to strengthen the application of the principle of equal pay for equal work or work of equal value<\/em>). Jej cie\u013eom je zavies\u0165 pravidl\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 pom\u00f4\u017eu rozdiely v odme\u0148ovan\u00ed re\u00e1lne odhali\u0165 a rie\u0161i\u0165.<\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Slovensko sa s implement\u00e1ciou neme\u0161kalo. N\u00e1vrh novely Z\u00e1konn\u00edka pr\u00e1ce <strong>z\u00edskal v N\u00e1rodnej rade SR v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inov\u00fa podporu 15. apr\u00edla 2026<\/strong>. Novelu pred schv\u00e1len\u00edm podporili v\u0161etci soci\u00e1lni partneri, v tripartite ju bez pripomienok prijali zamestn\u00e1vatelia, odbory aj Zdru\u017eenie miest a obc\u00ed Slovenska. \u00da\u010dinnos\u0165 z\u00e1kona je stanoven\u00e1 na <strong>7. j\u00fana 2026<\/strong>.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cb52668 elementor-widget elementor-widget-jkit_heading\" data-id=\"cb52668\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"jkit_heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div  class=\"jeg-elementor-kit jkit-heading  align-left align-tablet- align-mobile- jeg_module__9_6a326dc447a43\" ><div class=\"heading-section-title  display-inline-block\"><h2 class=\"heading-title\">Tri okruhy zmien pre zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov<\/h2><\/div><div class=\"heading-section-description\"><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Novela ovplyv\u0148uje tri k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 oblasti, ktor\u00e9 priamo s\u00favisia s odme\u0148ovan\u00edm a person\u00e1lnou pr\u00e1cou.<\/p><h5 class=\"text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold\">1. Mzdov\u00e9 \u0161trukt\u00fary musia by\u0165 postaven\u00e9 na <strong>vopred stanoven\u00fdch, rodovo neutr\u00e1lnych krit\u00e9ri\u00e1ch<\/strong>, medzi ktor\u00e9 patria najm\u00e4:<\/p><ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">\u00farove\u0148 zru\u010dnost\u00ed potrebn\u00fdch na v\u00fdkon pr\u00e1ce,<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">\u00fasilie, ktor\u00e9 dan\u00e1 poz\u00edcia vy\u017eaduje,<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">zodpovednos\u0165 spojen\u00e1 s v\u00fdkonom funkcie,<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">pracovn\u00e9 podmienky, v ktor\u00fdch sa pr\u00e1ca vykon\u00e1va.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Smernica explicitne posil\u0148uje aj postavenie tzv. <strong>m\u00e4kk\u00fdch zru\u010dnost\u00ed<\/strong>\u00a0schopnosti komunikova\u0165, empatie, trpezlivosti pri zvl\u00e1dan\u00ed konfliktov. Pr\u00e1ve tieto kvality s\u00fa typick\u00e9 pre profesie s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm podielom \u017eien a doteraz boli pri ur\u010dovan\u00ed mzdy \u010dasto podce\u0148ovan\u00e9 alebo \u00faplne prehliadan\u00e9.<\/p><h5 class=\"text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold\">2. Pr\u00e1vo zamestnanca \u017eiada\u0165 inform\u00e1cie o platoch<\/h5><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Druhou ve\u013ekou zmenou je nov\u00fd informa\u010dn\u00fd n\u00e1rok zamestnanca. Po novom m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd zamestnanec a zamestnanky\u0148a <strong>pr\u00e1vo po\u017eiada\u0165 o \u00fadaje<\/strong> t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa:<\/p><ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\"><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">vlastnej mzdy a v\u0161etk\u00fdch jej zlo\u017eiek,<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">priemernej v\u00fd\u0161ky odmien in\u00fdch zamestnancov vykon\u00e1vaj\u00facich rovnak\u00fa alebo porovnate\u013en\u00fa pr\u00e1cu,<\/li><li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">krit\u00e9ri\u00ed, na z\u00e1klade ktor\u00fdch sa ur\u010duje mzda, bonusy aj pov\u00fd\u0161enia.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Z\u00e1kon z\u00e1rove\u0148 uklad\u00e1, \u017ee tieto inform\u00e1cie musia by\u0165 <strong>zrozumite\u013en\u00e9 a jasn\u00e9,<\/strong> nie zahmlen\u00e9 v intern\u00fdch HR predpisoch alebo dodatkoch k zmluve.<\/p><h5 class=\"text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold\">3.
